Comments: Connie-NH7IE has a relayed report from her friend Fran who has family in Chetmual, Mexico of estimated winds of 80-100 MPH possibly stronger but difficult to estimate. Very loud noises being heard. Water in the streets, unclear if its storm surge or flooding from heavy rainfall or a combination of both. They report storm surge is coming in with high tide unkown extent. Trees blown down. Can't tell if there is structural damage. Unsafe to view even within a structure to get more specific details.
