Comments: Report from Nicaragua television from Cecilio Humberto Castro (citizen)in Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua that some shelters were destroyed and that one shelter (a church near his house) the roof was blown off and about 800 people had to be moved. He also estimates about of 80% of the trees are down in the city. Report relayed by Fransisco-NP3OD. Report relayed from 40 Meter Net, Net Control Station, HR1ORS by XE2WCG-Carlos from Rio Coco Segovia, Nicaragua of river level rising 2 feet in 3.5 hours with heavy wind/rain in the area, no estimate on winds given.
