Comments: Report from Josh and Scott, hurricane chasers on the Eastern US Forum. Using a Kestrel instrument they had a 68 Knot gust at human level and a 960 Millibar minimum pressure at 1210 CDT. The eye passed over them and they are now on the eastern eyewall and reports winds back up to gale force, garbage blowing down the street and the river nearby is now whitecapped.
