Comments: Bayou Serra flooding worsening. River is now at 5.3 feet and flood stage is 4.0 feet. Flood Waters are now close to homes with several streets under as much as 3 to 4 feet of water. Reports below relayed by Scanner Feed by N1FY-Carl: Multiple Cars Stuck in flood waters in Downtown Mobile, Alabama with 3 feet of water in the streets. Mobile River is out of its banks. AA5SG-Jeff reports power outages in Kinder, Louisiana.
