Comments: Tony remains on emergency power. He stated the western part of Bermuda is reporting Southerly winds sustained of 50 knots Gusts to 56 Knots. He stated there was an unconfirmed report in the southern part of Hamiltion of a "mini-tornado" Sunday but was concerned of the accuracy of the report. Many Palm phrones and avacados blown off of trees. No specific reports of trees and wires down though phone and power outages indicate that has occurred. No reports of structural damage as yet.
