Comments: Monitored from Brownsville radio station/media: LISTENING TO THE LOCAL RADIO STATION DOING CONTINUEOUS COVERAGE,AND HAVE A REPORT. THEY ARE SAYING THAT TONIGHT AND THROUGH THE MORNING COULD BE ROUGH. THE MAYOR OF BROWNSVILLE CONCERNED ABOUT THE FLOODING. HE HAS NOT SEEN SIGNIFIVANT DAMAGE. 4,000 PEOPLE WITHOUT POWER IN THE BROWNSVILLE AREA MAYOR TELLING PEOPLE TO STAY HOME. FLOODING COULD BE WIDE SPREAD BY THE MAYOR AS HE TALKED TO THE RADIO PEOPLE.
