Comments: Report from a hurricane-chaser Josh from the Eastern US WX Forum. He is in a small town or suburb N of Veracruz. Just witnessed a roof come off a decent sized building and that the winds are really whipping up sending quite a bit of debris moving around in the area. He is equipped with a kestral weather station but no contact has been made with him since this report.
