Comments: Relayed reports from St. Vincent: I spoke to J88NEB in NW St. Vincent and J88NFU in south St. Vincent. J88NEB reported gusty winds and rain. J88NFU reported calm overcast conditions close to the airport. There were reports of one damaged roof and no power in NE and south St. Vincent. Wayne also confirmed the prior report from J69DS in St. Lucia and is listed again below: J69DS reported heavy rain and wind gusts in north St. Lucia. He reported that his son took a drive to south St. Lucia and reported power lines down, roof tops blown off and flooding in low lying areas. He also reported that the main international airport was closed due to flooding. Wayne also had the following report from Martinique: Just found out that KI4CIP aboard the sailing vessel PRISM reported over an hour ago that he was moored in Martinique and the winds were light.
