Comments: Received a measured Barometric Reading from George-6Y5KG in Montego Bay, Jamaica of 29.70 inches relayed by Julien-9Z4FZ. Portland, St. Andrews, St. Ann, St. Catherine, St. Elizabeth, St. James, St. Thomas, have no electricity or water as authorities have shut these utilities down to prevent damage. St. Thomas, 90% of people have left for government shelters due to flooding coming in from the ocean. Strong Winds continue increase estimated currently 60-70 MPH. No contacts established to Manchester, Hanover, Westmoreland and Clarendon provinces as of yet. Unconfirmed report of roofs blown off homes in Spanishtown and Stony Hill, Jamaica. Working to get confirmation for the next update which will be in an hour, sooner, if an update can be provided sooner.
