Comments: Confirmed from past report from Julien: Several homes have losts there roofs in Stony Hill and Spanish town as well as fallen trees down along with light poles and electrical wires. Portland, St. Thomas, Morant Bay: Many Trees and Power Lines down. No phone, electrical or water in these areas. Winds strong enough for dangerous flying debris. Storm Surge in St. Thomas reported along coast, no height given. Conditions extremely intense at this time. Estimated winds were last estimated at 60-70 MPH out of the East. Will attempt to get contact with Jamaica again in the next few minutes to get another update.
